Philip Stafford, FT Trading Room, speaks with Fred Ponzo, managing partner, GreySpark, about the regulations which impact trading technology, such as MiFID II proposals, and the effect of algo glitches occurring globally on a daily basis. Fred calls for regulators to consider three aspects of trading that technology should address; the ability to be resilient, process correct volumes, and react to price movement.
