Recruitment Coordinator – Internal Recruiter (Hong Kong)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join GreySpark Partners, a global capital markets consultancy, as we have currently opened up a vacancy for a Recruiter to join our team. 

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will help attract and hire the best talent in the market today. The team provides full recruitment cycle services for all the different areas of the business globally and works closely with the Business Development and Consulting practices to take on the challenge of achieving GreySpark’s ambitious growth plans.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual that thrives in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. With the support of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop your professional skills, gain capital markets knowledge and learn how a consultancy firm operates.

  • Manage the interview process for the assigned job positions
  • Build a talent pipeline to match future business needs
  • Work closely with hiring managers and sales team to design and manage the online job adverts
  • Filter through applications and shortlist candidates for screening
  • Proactively source relevant profiles using job boards and professional networks
  • Screen candidates to assess their suitability for the relevant job positions
  • Manage the candidates through our robust interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience

Skills & Qualities

  • A naturally confident communicator with excellent presentation skills, both written and oral
  • The ability to build relationships with both candidates and senior level hiring managers
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Well organised, good time management skills and attention to detail
  • Effective under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Previous recruitment or sales experience would be desirable
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • University degree educated would be preferable
